Key Responsibilities
- Develop, and execute the AUTO LOB vision, growth strategy, product roadmap, operating plans, and financial plans.
- Analyze vehicle market trends to forecast objectives and identify and size growth opportunities.
- Own P&L; accountability for the AUTO LOB, partnering with other countries, centers of excellence, and shared services to deliver results across local and enterprise targets.
- Recommend and manage enterprise investments, operating expenses,



and advertising and promotional spend for the LOB.
- Provide direct oversight of AUTO business performance in Puerto Rico, including client results tracked through StoneEagle metrics.
- Maintain accountability for the performance of all AUTO products.
- Expand the business by identifying new opportunities through client engagement, channel partnerships, competitive analysis, and industry research.
- Apply strong risk management expertise, monitoring trends and recommending changes as needed.
- Build and develop a high‑performing team, strengthening people capabilities to deliver both short‑ and long‑term objectives.
