both retail and direct-to-consumer channels. Their products are
manufactured internationally and distributed throughout the United
States via major retail partnerships, alongside a thriving
e-commerce business. In addition to retail and DTC operations, the
company supports a growing commercial sales division and continues
to expand its international presence. Position Overview Our client
is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Logistics
Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
This role will manage international freight operations, coordinate
general shipments, oversee third-party logistics partners, and
ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products to customers
across domestic and international markets.

fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Manage
international logistics operations, including ocean freight
shipments from overseas manufacturing partners to U.S. ports and
direct international customer shipments. Coordinate with freight
forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure smooth import
processes and compliance with applicable regulations. Oversee
relationships with domestic and Canadian 3PL providers, including
inventory management, order fulfillment, and service-level
performance. Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse
locations and collaborate with demand planning teams to implement
replenishment strategies that prevent stockouts and excess
inventory. Analyze shipping costs, transit times, and operational
performance to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
