About the Role You’ll serve as the right hand to the Director of Operations—providing direct administrative, operational, and financial support while acting as the accountability engine that keeps everything moving forward. This is not a “take notes and schedule meetings” role. This is a role where you own systems, chase down loose ends, flag what’s falling through the cracks, and push back when things aren’t getting done—including pushing back on the person you report to.
