About this role As part of our Ophthalmology Clinical Development Services team you will be working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals. The Director / Senior Director, Project Delivery – Ophthalmology is responsible for establishing and scaling TFS's ophthalmology clinical operations presence across Latin America, leading regional delivery, building high-performing teams, and driving operational and financial excellence across LATAM programs. We are looking for candidates who have strong experience in the following areas: Generalist Operator:



Broad-based leader capable of managing across multiple domains simultaneously, balancing operational, strategic, and organizational priorities rather than focusing on a single specialization. Clinical Operations Experience: Strong understanding of end-to-end clinical operations with proven experience overseeing or managing full project lifecycles, including start-up activities (regulatory and contracts), site selection, and monitoring oversight. Demonstrated ability to manage delivery against timelines, with solid knowledge of financial planning, budget management, and overall project performance. Business & Entity Setup: Experience or capability to support the establishment of a legal entity, including local compliance requirements, regulatory frameworks, and interaction with government authorities.
