? What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable features using
.NET/C# and PostgreSQL
.
- Build and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the technology stack.
- Use
AI development tools
for coding, testing, code review, and debugging.
- Review and validate AI-generated output before it reaches production.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote responsible use of AI in development.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
? What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
with .NET/C#.
- Strong experience with
PostgreSQL
, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience developing and supporting
scalable production systems
.
- Strong understanding and practice of
automated testing
.
- Experience owning production systems, including debugging and resolving live incidents.
- Daily experience with
AI-powered development tools
and the ability to critically validate their output.
- Strong written and verbal
English communication skills
for collaboration across distributed teams.
