This hire will own top-of-funnel sourcing, initial screening, and candidate qualification, working closely with the VP of Recruiting to keep the pipeline full of credentialed, work-ready candidates. A clinical background (nursing or medical) is required — this role needs someone who can evaluate credentials and clinical experience firsthand, not just keyword-match a resume.
