What role you will play in our team

The Digital Experience Engineer is responsible for driving the organization’s Digital Employee Experience strategy through data-driven insights, observability, and automation. This role leverages Nexthink and related technologies to proactively monitor, measure, and improve the digital experience of employees across endpoint devices and workplace services.

The position focuses on analyzing experience data, identifying improvement opportunities, developing automated remediation solutions, and enabling self-service capabilities that reduce user friction and improve productivity.
