We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion. The idóneo candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manageprojects from initiation through completion . Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers. Coordinatecross-functional teams and ensure responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Track project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, reports, and records. Communicate project status,



risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. Identify and resolve project challenges, blockers, and operational issues. Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements. Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders as required. Ensure project deliverables meetquality standards and business requirements . Track key project performance indicators and provide regular progress reports. Support process improvements and identify opportunities to increase project efficiency. Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future initiatives.
