Who we are looking for

We're searching for a Program Lead – Finance to lead our Finance Operations pod within the Workday SOS team, based in Buenos Aires.



This is a role for someone who is genuinely motivated by coordinating and developing people — who finds purpose in building a team, guiding junior profiles, and creating the conditions for others to grow and do their best work. You are a leader who acts from proximity, possesses the patience to explain and teach, and finds real satisfaction in seeing your team develop. Acting as the main point of reference for the pod's day-to-day operations, you will directly coordinate 2 Project Managers and a team of Client Finance Analysts (CFAs) while serving as the primary financial escalation point for our North American leadership.
