We are looking for a highly specialized hybrid profile that combines creative/marketing workflow expertise, hands-on technical engineering skills, and strong client‑facing capabilities.
This person will enter enterprise client environments, map how content moves across the full lifecycle (briefing → production → review → approval → localization → publishing), identify bottlenecks, and personally build end‑to‑end AI and automation solutions that improve speed, quality, and operational efficiency.
This is not a generic engineering role, nor a creative role using AI tools. We need someone who can design, build, debug, deploy, and maintain technical systems inside complex creative and marketing workflows.
? 1. Creative / Marketing Workflow Expertise (Required)
Candidates must have hands-on experience inside one or more of the following environments:
- Creative production
- Content operations
- Marketing or media workflows
- Agencies (creative, digital, production)
- Enterprise content systems (DAM, CMS, MarTech platforms)
- Creative automation or large-scale content pipelines





They must understand how content flows through enterprise organizations, including:
- Briefing
- Production
- Review & approval
- Localization
- Publishing
- Asset management

This role requires real engineering ability, not “vibe coding.” Candidates must be able to independently build and maintain:
- AI-powered workflows
- Automation systems
- Integrations
- Agents
- APIs
- Production pipelines
- Custom tooling
- Workflow orchestration

They must be comfortable debugging, deploying, and maintaining systems without relying on a separate engineering team.
