Your Key

Responsibilities - Develop the local B2B marketing strategy based on market and competitive analysis.

- Adapt regional and global value propositions to local market needs.
- Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and insights to strengthen growth and the pipeline.
- Create customer- and segment-specific presentations on trends and innovation.
- Monitor market trends, needs and potential, market share, and competitive dynamics.
- Manage cross-functional projects and share best practices across the region.

You Bring - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Food Science.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in flavors or ingredients marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing;

experience in Taste, flavors, or fragrances is preferred.

- Ability to translate market data and trends into clear strategic direction.
- English proficiency for regional and global interaction; level of proficiency subject to assessment.

The Opportunity - The AS&T; Manager is responsible for providing strategic, scientific, and operational leadership for Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T;) activities across the LATAM region.

The role leads and coordinates analytical support for product lifecycle management, technical transfers, compliance remediation, troubleshooting, process optimization, alternative supplier qualification (ASQ) initiatives, and regulatory support. The position serves as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analytical sciences, ensuring harmonized analytical approaches and best practices across LATAM manufacturing sites in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile.

- The role is based in Argentina in Manufacturing Plant in Florencio Varela, and is responsible for managing both the regional analytical team and the local Analytical MS&T; team in Argentina.

What You'll Do Regional Technical Leadership - Provide scientific and technical leadership for analytical activities across LATAM manufacturing sites, act as the regional SME for analytical sciences, supporting Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and commercial priorities and drive harmonization and standardization of analytical practices.

Product Lifecycle

Support - Provide analytical support throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring continuity of supply and compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.

- Technical Transfers and New Product Introduction.
- Lead and support analytical activities associated with technology transfers between internal manufacturing sites and third-party manufacturers. Ensure successful transfer, verification, validation, and implementation of analytical methods. Compliance and Quality Improvement - Lead analytical compliance initiatives and remediation projects to ensure inspection readiness and sustained GMP compliance.
- Continuous Improvement and Optimization.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process, method, and laboratory optimization.



Leadership and People Management - Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to the regional AS&T; organization, fostering a culture of scientific excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a diverse regional team of analytical scientists and technical professionals, ensuring appropriate succession planning, talent development, and capability building across the organization.
- Directly manage the local MS&T; Analytical team in Argentina and provide functional leadership to analytical teams across LATAM sites.
- Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.
- Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and a high-performance culture through effective communication, recognition, and leadership presence.
- Ensure adequate resource planning, workload prioritization, and organizational effectiveness to support business needs and project execution.

Minimum

Education and Experience/ Training Required - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline is required. An advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) is preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T;), MS&T;, Quality, Analytical Development, or a related technical support function.
- Demonstrated experience supporting commercial pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle, including product transfers, regulatory submissions, process improvements, analytical troubleshooting, and post-approval changes.
- Strong technical expertise in analytical methodologies, method validation and transfer, laboratory investigations, impurity profiling, stability programs, and analytical lifecycle management.

Experience with nitrosamine risk assessments, nitrosamine testing strategies, and other emerging regulatory requirements is highly desirable.

- Proven experience leading technical projects, including technology transfers, compliance remediation initiatives, optimization projects, ASQ programs, and cross-functional business‑critical activities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide scientific leadership and technical guidance across multiple manufacturing sites and multidisciplinary teams in a regional or global environment.
- Previous people management experience is required, including performance management, coaching, talent development, succession planning, and building high‑performing teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within established timelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and risk assessment capabilities, with a proven track record of leading complex investigations and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, I&D;, external laboratories, and third‑party manufacturing partners.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.
