We're a fully-remote email marketing agency that's looking for a responsible and communicative person for an ongoing commitment. Near-native written and spoken English is a must-have requirement. This is a full-time position.

Rquirements

- Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing or public-facing role.
- Strong written and spoken English (native-level preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively with the internal team and clients (management experience preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle pressure live (in call settings).

About the role

As a project manager/email coordinator, you have to make sure that everything is moving along on the dates that it needs to. One of the most important aspects of the role is being proactive when moving assets and feedback along, QAing deliverables (emails!) in the relevant ESP, and finally, scheduling/deploying them. You are the project manager from start to finish.

Your role is also client-facing, so you must have a very professional demeanor and great organizational skills. You will be in charge of presenting results to our clients and working together to find the best path forward for the partnership.

Ability to digest, understand and utilize data to make recommendations is a necessary skill.

A person who excels in this role is organized, communicative, proactive,



analytical and have a strategic mindset, always aware of the bigger picture and how our efforts make a positive impact on business as a whole.

The pay range for this role is roughly $1800/month - $2000/month, but can vary based on experience and determination.
