About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Operations Support Specialist to provide crucial operational support, keeping product data, receiving documents, and inventory records accurate and clean. Serving as the backbone that inventory, wholesale, and buy planning depend on, you will sit at the intersection of data management and logistics, executing seamless product setups and inbound document generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound Document Generation: Create accurate Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and inbound receiving documents for the warehouse on time and error-free ahead of inbound shipments.
- ERP Data Management: Execute barcode inputs, bulk uploads, and data maintenance in Zedonk following exact operational sequences (barcode → SKU → product page → receiving doc).
- End-to-End Product Setup: Create new product pages in Shopify, completely filling out all required operational fields—including SKUs, barcodes, UPCs, cost, country of origin (COO), and HS codes—before delivering a clean handoff to creative and marketing teams.
- Reconciliation & Data Entry: Maintain a same-day or next-day cadence for inventory reconciliation and operational data entry while keeping error rates consistently low.
- Process Documentation: Map out and document repeatable operational workflows to ensure processes are scalable, standardized, and easily transferrable.
- Proactive Operational Communication: Maintain transparent communication across channels,



identifying inefficiencies and flagging data or supply chain risks early rather than absorbing them silently.

Qualifications

- DTC & Apparel Operations Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory data entry, order reconciliation, or product setup specifically within the e-commerce, DTC, or fashion/apparel space.
- Multi-System Data Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of accurate data entry and seamless sequencing across multiple management tools.
- Proactive & Clear Communication: High communication standards with a habit of flagging risks, workflow roadblocks, and potential delays early.
- Process-Minded Problem Solving: Strong organizational mindset with the ability to spot data inefficiencies and document standardized fixes.

Preferred Skills

- Logistics & 3PL Integration: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or 3PL logistics platforms.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Exposure to wholesale logistics or buy planning operations.
- Process Optimization: Demonstrated background in drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for e-commerce workflows.

Primary Deliverables: ASNs & Inbound Receiving Docs, Complete Shopify Product Pages, Zedonk Data Uploads, System Reconciliation Reports, Process SOPs.

Core Tech & Tools: Shopify (Product Setup), Zedonk (Uploads & Barcodes), Google Workspace / Google Sheets (Data Management), WMS / 3PL Platforms.
