RHK Properties is a Dubai-based real estate advisory company, and Oxford Management Consultancy provides UAE company formation and business advisory services.

We are building Spanish-language content for audiences interested in Dubai real estate, investing, entrepreneurship, UAE company formation, residency, and international business.

We are looking for a native or fully fluent Spanish-speaking on-camera presenter and podcast host based in Buenos Aires for recurring remote content.

This is a fully remote role. You will record from your own home, studio, or workspace, so you must already have your own professional recording setup. We do not provide filming equipment.

What you'll create

- Short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Talking-head educational videos
- 5 to 10 minute long-form videos
- Podcast-style videos and discussions
- Interviews with guests when required

We provide topics, research, and scripts when needed. You record the raw footage remotely, and our team handles editing, graphics, and publishing.

Your recording setup must include

- Good-quality camera, DSLR/mirrorless camera, or high-quality smartphone
- Professional or good-quality microphone
- Proper video lighting
- Clean, professional background suitable for talking-head and podcast-style content
- Stable internet connection
- Ability to record both vertical and horizontal video

What we're looking for

- Native or fully fluent Spanish




- Strong and natural on-camera presence
- Clear, confident, and engaging speaking style
- Comfortable discussing business, investment, real estate, and entrepreneurship
- Previous experience in podcasting, presenting, journalism, UGC, branded content, or social media
- Reliable and available for recurring weekly content
- Able to record professional-quality content independently

Experience or interest in real estate, finance, investing, entrepreneurship, or international business is a plus.

Location

Remote, with preference for candidates based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

You will work remotely using your own equipment and recording space.

Compensation

Paid contract position.

Typical budget

- Short-form videos: USD 25–30 per video
- Long-form or podcast-style videos: USD 30–50 per video/episode

We are looking for someone interested in consistent recurring work, and a monthly package can be discussed with the right presenter.
