Wripple's financial services client is looking for a Production Designer in Buenos Aires, Argentina to join their team for a 40-hour/week, 12 month contract that could go full-time for the right fit. You must be willing to go onsite 2 days/week.

The Production Designer will be responsible for the final execution of print, web, and digital assets across our diverse business divisions and at the corporate level. This role requires exceptional technical skills, integrity, and a proven ability to prepare and deliver flawless creative assets in line with established brand guidelines and design systems. The Production Designer will work closely with designers and art directors to ensure all work is produced to the highest standard.

This person will be and/or demonstrate the following:

- Serve as a technical expert, executing and preparing creative solutions for final production across print and digital channels.
- Experience leveraging AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate across the team and organization to deliver cohesive and technically sound creative solutions, rapidly processing and applying feedback.
- Prepare and package final design files, ensuring they meet all technical specifications for production and deployment.
- Demonstrate a strong eye for design, capable of making thoughtful typographic and layout decisions to enhance creative concepts.
- Demonstrate a passion for craft and the technical aspects of design – typography, layout, and file preparation — to execute our brand in precise, compelling ways.
- Drive brand consistency across all visual communication vehicles — print and collateral, advertising, branding, web/interactive, social media, and brand style guides.
- Be an excellent systematic thinker with a strong desire to produce high-quality, error-free designs.
- Seamlessly translate conceptual designs into pixel-perfect,



production-ready files with a strong focus on thoughtful execution and visual identity systems.

Experience:

- Must provide a portfolio of exceptional work that demonstrates your technical skills and production experience.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of related experience in a production design role or similar.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, a related field, or comparable experience with an emphasis on technical production.
- Deep knowledge of production processes across multiple communication vehicles, including emails, landing pages, web pages, social ads, banners, as well as print and collateral.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, including skills in photo retouching and basic image manipulation.
- Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines to create new assets.
- Deep knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently to solve complex technical problems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Effective in a fast-moving environment, both independently and collaboratively.
- Maintain an impeccable degree of craft and attention to detail in all work.
- Fluent in English.
