We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Content Moderator to safeguard our community, enforce Trust & Safety (T&S;) policies, and keep our platform free from bad actors.

What you will do

- Profile & Content Moderation: Conduct thorough reviews of user profiles, photos, and ad texts to ensure strict adherence to Community Guidelines and T&S; policies.
- User Support, Appeals & Safety: Manage customer support tickets regarding ban appeals, content moderation, and policy clarifications. Triage, investigate, and handle critical safety threats (such as impersonation, blackmail, and severe exploitation risks) with the highest priority.
- Investigative Fraud Detection: Proactively identify bad actors, detect multi-accounting networks, and track emerging scamming techniques using reverse image search, metadata tools, internal admin panels, spam alerts, and user analytics systems.
- Incident Escalation: Identify high-risk safety concerns and escalate serious cases impacting user safety to Senior Moderators and the Head of Moderation in a timely manner. Escalate platform bugs and technical safety issues.
- Team Collaboration: Document bad actor patterns, gather findings, and regularly communicate updates to the team to continuously refine platform defense mechanisms.

What we are looking for

- Relevant Experience: 1–2 years of experience in moderation and customer support, ideally within dating apps, text/profile moderation, or fraud analysis.



Proven track record using ticketing systems to answer user inquiries and investigate multi-accounting.
- Technical & Detection Skills: Familiarity with reverse image search tools (e.g., Google Lens, TinEye) and basic metadata tools to spot stolen images, catfishing, or AI-generated media. Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and MS Office.
- Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with async communication and tracking software (Slack, Notion, Jira) for logging bugs and collaborating across remote teams.
- Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English. Intermediate Russian (B1+) is strongly preferred, though not mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German) is a plus.
- Emotional Resilience: Proven ability to handle explicit, distressing, or sensitive content professionally while maintaining personal well-being and analytical objectivity.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional eye for detail, strong investigative capabilities, and the ability to adapt to new internal tools and policies quickly.

Working schedule & availability

- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Shifts: Rotating coverage primarily focused on 00:00 – 08:00 CET and 16:00 – 00:00 CET.
- Flexibility: Must be open to adaptable scheduling, including weekends.
- Days Off: 2 days off per week, scheduled either consecutively (Monday–Friday) or split (e.g., one weekend day and one weekday).
