Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced operational support for IAM platforms across IGA, Access Management, and PAM technologies
Configure, manage, and maintain IAM systems including user provisioning, access controls, and identity lifecycle processes
Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance activities aligned with internal and regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM incidents, including root cause analysis and vendor coordination
Support IAM automation and customization using rules, roles, transforms, APIs, and scripting
Ensure SLA compliance, ticket management, and adherence to ITIL-based support processes
Escalate complex issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver IAM solutions in a timely manner
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree




+5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations and support
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise IAM tools across IGA, Access Management, and PAM
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access certifications
Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes (e.g., ServiceNow)
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
