Collaboration: Work with system analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals to gather requirements and specifications for new applications or modifications to existing ones.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and system configurations to ensure clarity and compliance with standards.
Testing: Execute various forms of testing, including unit, system, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.




Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical SkillsProficiency in mainframe programming languages (e.g., COBOL, JCL, DB2), and familiarity with mainframe tools and methodologies.
Problem-Solving AbilitiesStrong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
