Innovation Assistant is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accounting Clerk to ensure accurate processing of customer payments, maintain AR records, and support month-end close. You will apply payments, issue invoices, monitor aging, resolve billing inquiries, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues.
Requirements include a high school diploma with an associate degree preferred, 2–3 years AR experience, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, and excellent communication.
