Position Overview

This position is responsible for assuring that all materials and procedures used to produce bituminous mixtures in the district are in accordance with the contract documents. This position is also responsible for operating and maintaining remote Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) labs, and inspection and certification on industry labs.

Essential Functions
- Ensures that all materials tested, inspected, and shipped to state projects comply with applicable specifications.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely distribution of inspection
