Junior Sales Development Representative (Jr. SDR)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business growth in the LATAM market by identifying and connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales opportunities. This position is adecuado for someone looking to launch their career in sales with a focus on building strong relationships and gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Management: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, and website visitors.
- Qualification: Determine lead suitability based on needs, budget, and timeline.
- Coordination: Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings for the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide valuable insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
- Engagement:



Engage and educate leads to keep them interested in our solutions.
- Optimization: Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow including CRM and smart KPIs.

What we’re looking for:
- Language Skills: Upper-intermediate English is a must, and we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead. Native Spanish is required for the LATAM market.
- Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of professional experience working with business projects in a similar position.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills to deliver proposals and engage prospects.
- Sales Mindset: Strong relationship builder with effective negotiating skills and a proactive, innovative, and highly organized approach.
- Resilience: Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to find solutions for prospective clients.
