- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles across Product, Data, and GTM, including senior leadership and executive searches
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders, bringing structured processes, market insights, and strategic recommendations
- Lead intake meetings, define search strategies, and translate business needs into candidate profiles and assessment plans
- Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
- Champion the candidate experience and ensure a thoughtful, consistent interview process from first contact through close
- Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making to support inclusive, high-quality hires
- Partner with stakeholders across the U.S. and LATAM, adapting recruiting strategies to each market while maintaining a consistent hiring bar
- Lead offer management and negotiation with empathy, transparency, and speed
- Use data and market intelligence to identify bottlenecks, track progress,



and improve hiring outcomes
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives

Requirements
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting candidates across different functions
- Demonstrated success recruiting for Product and Data roles, as well as GTM functions such as Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships
- Strong experience managing searches end to end, preferably in an in-house environment
- Prior experience hiring in both the U.S. and LATAM, including recruiting for U.S.-headquartered companies and partnering closely with U.S.-based hiring managers
- Confidence advising hiring managers and senior leaders while providing hands‑on operational support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced or bilingual English proficiency
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience
