We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Are you passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities? We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and lead engagement.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone and email outreach.
- Engage key decision-makers and schedule qualified conversations for internal business consultants.
- Build, nurture, and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through strategic follow-ups.
- Segment prospects based on market conditions and opportunity potential.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Meet weekly activity and performance metrics, including dials, appointments, profiled accounts, and qualified opportunities.

What We're Looking For




- Minimum 6 months of relevant business development experience.
- Understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
- Experience using corporate CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage professionals at all organizational levels, including decision-makers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, training, certifications, and skills.
