About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Operations Lead to keep our remote team running with clockwork precision. In this role, you will be the engine driving our daily execution—spotting friction points, tightening up workflows, and turning informal tasks into smooth, repeatable systems.

If you instinctively spot operational bottlenecks before they turn into fires and love building order out of messiness, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across remote teams, ensuring core priorities and deliverables stay on track and hit deadlines.
- Keep a clear line of sight on active projects, team dependencies, and potential bottlenecks before they stall progress.
- Catch operational issues early and surface them to leadership with clear context, business impact, and proposed solutions.
- Draft, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and consistency across all workflows.
- Track department KPIs,



identify performance drop-offs, and continuously refine processes to eliminate waste and reduce errors.
- Assess how proposed workflow changes impact team bandwidth, cross-department dependencies, and team morale before rolling them out.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in operations or team leadership.
- Proven track record with workflow design, SOP creation, KPI tracking, and accountability systems.
- Top-tier organizational skills and an obsession with the details.
- Crisp, straightforward written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, bias-for-action mindset.
