Role Overview
As part of the data team at Monks, you’ll work at the intersection of analytics, reporting, and project management—helping us translate complex data into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in designing, streamlining, and managing dashboards, reports, and data products, as well as collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support smarter decision‑making across the company.
What You’ll Do
- Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams evaluate project and business performance.
- Manage the data team backlog, acting as project manager for ongoing initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets to detect trends, identify anomalies, and surface actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to offer analytical support and guide data‑informed decisions.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines using integration tools across multiple platforms.
- Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and spreadsheets tailored for different audiences.
- Monitor for data quality issues and proactively propose solutions.




- Drive process improvements that enhance the efficiency and value of the data function.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or a related analytical field.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (preferably Looker Studio / Data Studio).
- Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
- Ability to translate data into compelling stories for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and autonomy.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms is a strong plus.
