As Assistant Farm Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of the farm’s entire operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day‑to‑day farm activities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity are met.
Responsibilities
- Operations:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices




- Manage day‑to‑day farm operations, including crops and inputs management
- Oversee irrigation activities and production planning and execution
- Coordinate activities between the farm and dehydration plant to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure quality and traceability of production processes
- Monitor technological and process improvements and update production plans accordingly
- Administration:
- Prepare annual budget in collaboration with the Farm Manager
- Oversee budget expenditure and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and implement internal controls to comply with local laws and management guidelines
- Prepare replacement and capital expenditure plans to maintain and develop farm operating efficiencies
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with training initiatives on health and safety
