What you can expect

Months 1–6 (OCFO learning & development phase): A structured onboarding and training experience to build core finance, business management, and stakeholder management fundamentals.
- Post-training (transition path): High-performing participants will be considered to join the GF&BM; Rotational Analyst Program as an Analyst, beginning in May. This program offers entry-level finance professionals a dynamic two-year rotational experience in Buenos Aires, designed to develop skills in financial analysis and strategic business decision‑making. This program emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth within various finance teams across the firm.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the OCFO team in day-to-day financial and business management activities.
- Assist with reporting, basic performance analysis, and preparation of materials for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners across Finance and Business Management to help drive execution on deliverables.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Develop foundational skills in communication, data analysis, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
