Job description We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technology to lead a high-performing engineering team within the Tax & Accounting area. This leader will be responsible for driving business results through strong technical leadership, operational excellence, and close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires a leader who can combine strategic thinking, technical depth, and people leadership to help evolve the organization's technology capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and Technical LeadershipLead the Technology team to achieve business outcomes and deliver value aligned with organizational priorities. Drive the adoption and evolution of modern software engineering practices, cloud architecture, and Generative AI capabilities.



Provide strong technical leadership by guiding the team on how to execute effectively in technology, being hands‑on when necessary. Contribute to the roadmap and execution strategy for Tax & Accounting products. Promote a transformation mindset, challenging the status quo and helping the organization evolve toward more efficient and scalable ways of working.
- Delivery ExcellenceEnsure high-quality, high-speed software delivery with a strong focus on customer experience and business impact. Establish and reinforce modern engineering practices such as: Continuous Integration Continuous Testing Trunk‑Based Development Progressive Delivery Visual Management WIP Control Small Batch Delivery Drive both effectiveness (doing the right things) and efficiency (doing things the right way).
