Role Description The Head of Information Technology Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Buenos Aires.

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Supra Group through a Shared Services Center,

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in IT Operations and IT Management, with a proven ability to oversee complex technology environments.
- Solid background in Information Technology and IT Service Management, including experience with service frameworks and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience in Technical Support, with the capacity to guide teams in resolving incidents and ensuring high-quality user support.
- Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams,



including coaching, performance management, and change leadership.
- Experience planning and managing IT budgets, contracts, and relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and compliance standards relevant to financial and insurance services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years experience working in insurance companies or brokers is required.
- Business proficiency of English language
