About The Role

Our client is looking for a confident and proactive Customer Service Representative to handle incoming customer calls, assist with customer requests, and provide basic quotes and estimates when needed.

The primary focus of this role will be customer communication. You will answer inbound calls through a centralized phone system, understand what each customer needs, gather the necessary information, provide updates, and make sure every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.

This is a great opportunity for a mid-level professional with excellent English communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and a natural approach to customer service and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound customer calls through a centralized phone system.

- Assist customers and gather the necessary information during each call.

- Provide straightforward quotes or estimates when applicable.

- Send estimates and relevant information to customers.

- Provide customers with updates regarding their requests or services.

- Serve as a communication link between customers and the operations team.

- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

- Use ServiceTitan to manage customer interactions and support the inbound calling workflow.

- Communicate internally when customer requests require input or follow-up from the operations team.

- Learn the company's services, systems, and processes to handle customer requests efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- Entry-level professional with previous customer service experience.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.





- Confident and comfortable speaking with U.S. based customers over the phone.

- Strong listening and communication skills.

- Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Professional, patient, and customer-focused.

- Resourceful and comfortable using technology to find information and complete tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Comfortable learning and navigating new software and customer management systems.

- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Chat, or ClickUp is a plus.

- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.

- Incoming calls are answered professionally and efficiently.

- Customers receive clear, helpful, and timely information.

- Customer information is accurately captured and maintained.

- Straightforward quotes and estimates are prepared and sent correctly.

- Customers receive appropriate updates regarding their requests.

- Communication between customers and the operations team remains clear and organized.

- Customer interactions are properly tracked within ServiceTitan.

- You quickly become comfortable with the company's services, systems, and customer communication processes.

Schedule

- Monday through Friday

- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time

- Standard U.S. holidays

- 10 days of PTO annually

Compensation

Salary: USD $2,000 to $2,200 per month, depending on experience.

Contractor

Agreement.
