We are Hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives for an international, work-from-home position.

We will provide the leads. As a Customer Service Representative, you will contact potential customers, provide basic information about our solar services, answer initial questions, confirm their interest, and transfer qualified customers to the appropriate solar specialist..

Compensation

- $250 USD per week
- Additional commission opportunities
- Full-time remote position

Available Shifts:

- 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM–9:00 PM

Please note: Shift times will follow the company’s designated U.S. time zone and may require evening or overnight work in your country.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls using company-provided leads
- Professionally introduce the company’s solar services
- Ask basic qualifying questions




- Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records
- Meet daily call and transfer targets
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation
- Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
- Reliable computer
- Working mobile phone
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Backup internet connection
- Generator, UPS, or another backup power solution
- Quiet and professional home-working environment
- Ability to work the assigned shift consistently
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
