The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead end-to-end accounting operations and drive financial excellence across the organization.
In this role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient close processes, while acting as a strategic partner to Finance, Tax, Audit, and business stakeholders.
You will also lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee accounting operations and financial reporting ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and reporting deliverables
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls frameworks
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Audit, and business teams to support strategic objectives
Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives across accounting activities
Support and coordinate internal and external audits




Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering collaboration and accountability

What You Bring
Strong experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Controllership roles
Proven track record in people leadership and team development
Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and close processes
Experience working in multinational / matrix organizations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
