proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they impact deliverablesEnsure strict compliance with quality benchmarks, safety regulations, and local building codes throughout all project phasesPrepare and deliver progress reports, risk assessments, and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and transparencyManage procurement processes and contract administration, negotiating terms and ensuring vendor performance meets project requirementsFacilitate effective communication and problem-solving across all project participants, serving as the primary liaison between client needs and execution teamsMonitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on trackRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field3-5 years of demonstrated experience in project management within construction, fit-out, or development environmentsWorking knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (PMI, PMP, or equivalent)Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholdersProficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platformsProven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standardsPreferred qualifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certificationExperience managing retail construction or fit-out projects, particularly in fast-paced, client-facing environmentsIntermediate to advanced English language skills for communication with global teams and stakeholdersFamiliarity with sustainable building practices and green building certificationsExperience working in a corporate real estate or commercial property services environmentLocation: On-site –Buenos Aires,
