About the Role Our Recruiter supports talent acquisition across the Americas, delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a fully remote role that focuses on full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, outreach, and offer management, with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll play a key role in hiring across a broad range of technical profiles. Our Recruiter is accountable for: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer

- Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies
- Building proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent
- Conducting structured candidate screens via phone and video to assess skills and fit
- Driving outbound engagement through calling, messaging, and email outreach
- Delivering a consistent, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate documentation and activity tracking within ATS systems (Avature, Workday, or similar)
- Identifying opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience - Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Demonstrated success recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent
- Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations
- Strong candidate-facing experience with the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting end-to-end
- Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously




- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build strong pipelines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance

This role is responsible for the execution of recruitment fulfillment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and driving the delivery of high-quality talent to our internal stakeholders. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategies, with a strong emphasis on delivering a white-glove service to our candidates. Responsibilities: - Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture talent pools across all ETM functions to ensure engaged pipelines for current and future needs.

- Candidate Experience & Engagement: Implement innovative sourcing strategies, strengthen candidate pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences, as measured by candidate NPS.
- Coordination: Support interview scheduling and onboarding activities, providing candidates with timely, real-time updates on status and progress.
- Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support strategic initiatives, adhere to operating and service-level agreements, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Operational Performance & Efficiency: Monitor requisition performance trends and apply data-driven insights to adjust sourcing and business-line strategies.
- Governance: Ensure recruitment fulfillment activities align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and business guidelines to maintain operational integrity and minimize risk. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience: - Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven experience sourcing for sales roles
- Proven experience working on strategic sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and nurturing talent pools
- Experience supporting onboarding activities for candidates, inclusive of checking status and providing candidate updates
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience: - Previous experience sourcing for or within fast-moving
