The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead end-to-end accounting operations and drive financial excellence across the organization. In this role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient close processes, while acting as a strategic partner to Finance, Tax, Audit, and business stakeholders. You will also lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic, general environment.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee accounting operations and financial reporting ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity - Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and reporting deliverables - Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls frameworks - Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Audit, and business teams to support strategic objectives - Drive process improvements, automation,
