Join Our Team as a Station Manager I - Lead, Manage, and Drive Success! Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We're looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high-performing team, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

As a Station Manager I, you will join our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function, managing all aspects of a small or medium-sized car rental station. You will have full management authority, implementing strategy with an operational focus and achieving results through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

- Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.

Customer

Service - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.

- Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.

Staff

Management - Recruit, train, supervise,



and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.

- Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage. Sales and Financial Management - Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.
- Manage the station's budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.

Fleet

Management - Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.

- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time. Compliance and Safety - Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
- Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
