As a Senior Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the CIB Research Technology team, you will be a key contributor across the Research Platform. You will apply your expertise within a collaborative, high-performing team focused on building scalable and resilient solutions that meet the needs of our fast-moving business. This role focuses on full stack engineering across the platform.
Job responsibilities
- Own end to end deliverables across the Research Platform
- Take ideas from conception through to production features




- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Champion engineering best practices and help us evolve our fast-moving agentic SDLC
- Collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary general team
- Operate with a product-first mindset to execute efficiently and effectively
- Diagnose, debug and problem solve to keep production services running

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven end to end autonomous ownership of feature delivery in a complex application
- Hands-on experience across the full stack and a willingness to pick up anything required to move a project forward
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience of all stages of the SDLC and a willingness to pick up whatever is necessary to make a project successful
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex tec
