Join our Global Business Services team as an Order Management Analyst and play a key role in ensuring accurate contract management, billing processes, and operational excellence for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and manage contracts for products and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve contract and order-related issues and disputes.
- Create billing items and maintain pricing, materials, and contractual data within ERP systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects.
- Participate in global trainings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and cross-functional collaboration activities.
- Engage with international teams and global communities to drive best practices and operational excellence.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.




- Previous experience in Order Management, Finance Operations, Billing, Customer Service, Shared Services, or similar areas.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred).
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.

Working Conditions
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Support aligned with US operations, including specific month-end closing activities and applicable holiday schedules.
