STATUS: Full-time

CLASIFICATION (FLSA): Exempt

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects and grants

play a critical part in organizing program activities, managing the execution of grants and projects,

monitoring progress toward goals, and collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal efficiency.

The Program Manager will supervise project coordinators and external evaluators to ensure that expected

outcomes are met and that the organization's strategic goals are fulfilled.

TASKS AND DETAILED WORK ACTIVITIES:
- Manage the implementation of various projects and grant programs, ensuring each one is executed
- effectively and in alignment with organizational goals.




- 2. Ensure that all projects and grants are designed to deliver expected benefits and outcomes.
- 3. Develop and organize programs to enhance organizational efficiency, build long-term strategic
- goals for company projects, and ensure the development of appropriate project and program
- budgets.
- 4. For each grant and program cycle, develop and implement clear, actionable plans that ensure
- smooth program execution.
- 5. Prioritize and organize daily activities based on grant goals and broader organizational objectives,
- ensuring that deadlines and key milestones are met.
- 6. Provide leadership and supervision to project coordinators, ensuring that they are focused on
- achieving program goals and meeting project deadlines.
- 7. Work closely with other departments to develop and manage budgets, amend budgets as needed,
- and coordinate staffing plans for the programs.
