Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Ads Specialist to join a fast-growing digital marketing team supporting multiple U.S.-based brands. In this high-impact role, you will help our client—a digital marketing organization—scale businesses through data-driven advertising strategies. You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns while collaborating closely with internal teams to execute strategies and maintain consistent results. This role is adecuado for someone who can work independently, thinks strategically, and loves driving performance through analytics and high-quality creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across various funnel stages.
- Research & Targeting: Conduct thorough audience and competitor research to build strong targeting foundations.
- Copywriting & Creative Strategy: Write effective ad copy,



collaborate on creative direction, and test new creatives.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze daily performance metrics and implement immediate optimizations to achieve strict KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.).
- Testing & Scaling: Develop and rigorously test new strategies, audiences, and bid structures to scale campaigns efficiently.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate actionable data insights clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Process & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams for strategy reviews and campaign planning, ensuring structured documentation and adherence to internal paid media processes.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on, proven experience successfully running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
