About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design, develop, and maintain mission-critical eDiscovery solutions used by legal professionals worldwide.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you will take ownership of features from concept to production, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards of software quality, reliability, and accountability.
The ideal candidate combines strong .NET/C# development experience with solid PostgreSQL expertise and enjoys solving complex technical challenges within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
- Build and maintain automated test coverage to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production issues across the application stack.
- Own features throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools for code generation, code reviews, testing, and debugging while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Participate in architectural discussions, technical design sessions, and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices, including the responsible use of AI development tools.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.
