We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Closer to join our growing digital marketing agency. This is a remote, performance-driven sales opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with business owners, identifying their needs, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company
- Conduct professional sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Clearly communicate value and present appropriate service options
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Close qualified prospects and guide them through the next steps
- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity within the CRM
- Consistently follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
- Meet established monthly sales and performance goals
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience
- At least 2 years of direct closing experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Experience selling to U.S.
businesses is strongly preferred
- Experience selling digital marketing, agency, SaaS, or other B2B services is strongly preferred
- Experience using CRM and sales pipeline tools
- Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and results-driven
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
Benefits
Compensation
This is a primarily commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, along with performance-based compensation for qualified sales closers.
New closers begin with a 30-day performance trial. Successful closers will have access to an enhanced compensation structure upon completion of the trial.
