We are looking for a Bid Finance Professional to join our Digital Industries Finance team and play a key role in the preparation and financial evaluation of project and service offers.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead the financial preparation, review and validation of project and service proposals.
- Elaboration of all necessary financial/commercial documents for the sales and bidding process, e.g. contract analysis, clarifications, deviations, tax analysis, evaluation of risks, review of bidding documents and other customer documentation, project selection, bonds & guarantee management.
- Analyze pricing strategies, profitability, margins, and cash flow implications.
- Assess commercial and financial risks associated with customer offers and evaluate customers' financial standing and creditworthiness to support bidding decisions..
- Review contractual terms and conditions from a financial perspective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are clear, well-structured and consistent across technical, commercial and financial aspects.
- Partner with Sales and commercial teams to negotiate financial aspects of customer proposals.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across the bidding process.
- Support large and complex offers involving multiple stakeholders and significant business impact.
- Drive continuous improvements in bid quality, financial transparency, and proposal turnaround times.
- Supports implementation of financial policies, standards and procedures, for the assigned organization unit.
- Coordinate price negotiations with strategic suppliers during proposal development, optimizing costs, mitigating risks,



and enhancing profitability.

What you bring

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Bid Finance, Commercial Finance, Project Controlling, Project Finance, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting large and complex project-based offers in multinational organizations.
- Strong understanding of:

- Financial analysis
- Pricing and profitability
- Cash flow management
- Commercial risk assessment
- Contractual terms and conditions
- Ability to challenge assumptions and influence commercial decisions through financial insights.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
