Boot Barn seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to safeguard and optimize our in-store inventory processes. You will manage inbound/outbound flows, ensure accurate deliveries, and maintain a clean, organized stock room to support sales goals and customer satisfaction.
You will train and guide the sales team on inventory procedures, ensure compliance with company standards, and help maintain high productivity and orderly stock handling across the store.
