Responsibilities
- Lead and support system testing activities,



including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of enhancements and workflows
- Create, configure, execute, and track business assessments within enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Oracle
- Support day-to-day workflow execution and system operations while ensuring process accuracy and efficiency
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
- Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements in partnership with business and technical teams

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar workflow-based systems
- Experience supporting system testing, validation, workflow execution, and business process automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solvi
