About the role

This role sits within a Transformation Team - a small, high-impact group of data
analysts and analytics engineers responsible for Improvado's transformation
layer: SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, and analytics products (Martech Recipes,
Attribution/MMM, DataPrep) that turn raw marketing data into clean, client-ready
datasets. As Senior AI Analyst, you'll own technical delivery on complex client
accounts, build and automate analytics workflows, and drive product quality
through a combination of deep SQL expertise and applied AI. This is a hands-on




individual contributor role with strong Product Management overlap. You will
write data transformation logic, build automation, and directly solve complex
technical problems—rather than managing from afar.

Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end delivery on complex client implementations: SQL DataMarts,
custom pipelines, Martech Recipes, Attribution, and DataPrep
* Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting,
and modern data stack
* Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, including direct
client-facing escalations
* Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven
solutions
* Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and
client data requirements
* Contribute to SOPs and documentation for transformation processes
