Position Overview
The Case Progress / Lighthouse Analyst is responsible for supporting and monitoring immigration cases that have been filed and remain pending with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or other relevant government agencies. This may include I-140 EB-2 NIW petitions, other employment-based petitions, and additional immigration case types managed by the Case Progress / Lighthouse team.




This is a highly client-facing role focused on providing consistent case updates, monitoring case progress, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent client experience throughout the adjudication process. The ideal candidate is patient, resourceful, service-oriented, and confident communicating with clients. Excellent customer service, writing, time management, de-escalation, and phone communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on pending immigration cases, including I-140 EB-2 NIW petitions and other case types assigned to the Case Progress / Lighthouse team.
Provide clients with clear, accurate, professional, and timely updates regarding case status, processing timelines, procedural developments, and next steps.
Proactively communicate with clients by phone, email, and other approved channels, including outbound calls to clients who may be anxious or frustrated about case progress.
