JCMM Social is hiring a full-time Video Editor to own the volume side of our editing pipeline. You need 2 or more years editing professionally for brands or agencies, expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro, working knowledge of After Effects, a 4K-capable editing machine, 25 Mbps or better upload speed, and a strong command of US English grammar. Our editors work from real footage shot on real gear, with strategy and hooks written before the camera turns on. We are small, intentional, and we hire people who care about the craft.

The Role

This is the volume seat. You will deliver 70 to 100 finished edits a month, most of it short-form vertical for social, across 9 or more client brands.

That number is the job. It is achievable because the work is scoped for pace: clean cuts, correct specs, on-brand graphics, proofed text.



Showcase VFX and the highest-stakes brand pieces sit with our Lead Video Editor. Your bar is consistent and professional every single time, at speed, without a graveyard of revisions behind it.

You will report to the Lead Video Editor, who assigns your work, reviews your edits, and gives you notes.

We are looking for an editor who does not only cut clips, they think in content. Someone who picks up raw footage and immediately sees the full picture: hero reel, cutdowns, B-roll moments, repurposable gold. What You'll Do
- Edit short-form vertical social content as your primary deliverable, sized and specced for wherever it runs
- Cut long-form interviews and testimonials down into tight short-form pieces
- Process raw footage into organized, labeled, usable assets and flag eve
