Main Purpose of the Role:
The Product Development Coordinator will be responsible for leading Product Innovation and Renovation within the Cooking Aids vertical, acting as a TPL and supporting formulation development, reporting to the Cooking Aids Product Manager. This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to work across different workflows in Latin America, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with a future-fit category mindset.
Job Summary:
- Lead Innovation and Renovation Projects in LATAM (with focus on Argentina), delivering R&D; activities OTIF and supporting functions to achieve targets.
- Become the reference for Cooking Aids technology in Argentina.
- Maintain close connection with GDC to explore new technologies and ideas for innovation and cost improvements.
- Perform technical assessments of products/ingredients as needed for development and business support.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in cross-functional forums with Marketing, Planning and Supply Chain, as well as external interfaces (e.g., suppliers).
- Lead discussions and solutions with integral teams (Material Expert Teams) to propose the best ingredients for the portfolio plan.
- Ensure projects are developed with a simplification and NET ZERO mindset.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives (new workflows) when required, establish action plans with key interfaces, identify improvement areas and propose solutions.
- Develop strong understanding of data analysis and Nutritional/Food Guidelines.
- Support cost reduction initiatives (5S projects) within Cooking Aids technologies.
- Support local Cooking Aids projects.
