based in Argentina. This senior role is essential to enhancing our content authoring operations for Ford USA and Canada. Working closely with our leadership team—and in partnership with our current Operational Program Manager—you will focus on driving efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction through process analysis, strategic improvements, and the integration of innovative technologies like Artificial Intelligence. This is a high-impact position with direct client exposure, offering a unique opportunity to shape the strategy and evolution of our operations.
